1. Custom Orders

  • All orders on our website are custom-made and therefore non-refundable.

  • Order Cancellation: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the design is confirmed and production has started, orders cannot be canceled.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@marvadeck.com.

  • We may request photos of the product to verify the issue.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including applicable shipping costs.


3. Non-Custom Products

  • Non-custom products can be returned or refunded within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.


4. Refund Process

  2. We will provide return instructions and authorization.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective products.

  • Non-custom items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
