1. Service Coverage
Marvadeck currently provides shipping services exclusively to customers within the United States.
All orders are produced and shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China, ensuring factory-direct quality and competitive pricing.
We cooperate with trusted global logistics partners to guarantee safe and timely delivery to all U.S. regions, including the contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Please note: At this time, we do not support delivery to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or locations outside the United States.
2. Order Processing Time
Once an order is successfully placed, our production team begins processing it within 3–5 business days.
During this time, we confirm design details (for custom orders), prepare materials, and schedule production.
Custom-made items generally require an additional 3–7 business days for manufacturing, depending on order complexity and production queue.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM (GMT+08:00) will be processed the next business day.
All processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time
We currently offer two international shipping options to the United States:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or adverse weather conditions.
4. Shipping Fees
Our shipping rates are based on a weight-based model (first weight + additional weight), ensuring transparent and fair pricing.

The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your selected products and total weight.
5. Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes
All shipments from Marvadeck are exported from China.
For customers located in the United States, Marvadeck will cover all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees associated with your order.
You will not be required to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.
Our logistics partners handle all export documentation and customs clearance on your behalf.
6. Tracking and Delivery Updates
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You can monitor your shipment status at any time through the logistics carrier’s tracking system.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 7 business days after placing your order, please contact our support team immediately at info@marvadeck.com.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
While most packages arrive on time, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier congestion, customs processing, or natural events.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us — we will coordinate with the logistics company to resolve the issue.
In rare cases of lost packages, Marvadeck will resend or refund your order after verification.
